MEM opens on a dark, earthy lavender lifted by hops-like malt and aldehydes before moving into a waxy floral heart of rose, ylang-ylang and champaca, closing on a dense animalic amber base of civet, castoreum and sandalwood. It is classified as an oriental fougère and is among Bogue's more aggressively animalic releases.
