Roger Pellegrino was a French master perfumer of the 1970s through 1990s who created for houses including Cacharel, Giorgio Armani, Caron and Versace. He is best known for the soft floral classic Anaïs Anaïs, co-created with Raymond Chaillan.

Yves de Chiris was a French perfumer and executive at Quest International (later absorbed by Givaudan), descended from the historic Grasse fragrance dynasty Antoine Chiris. He is best known for co-creating Mugler Angel, the perfume that launched the modern gourmand genre.
