Épice Marine
Hermessence · Eau de Toilette (EDT) · 2013
≈ $250 · 100ml · approx. retail
A briny, spicy composition created with chef Olivier Roellinger that evokes a Breton rocky shore, layering cumin, cardamom and cinnamon over salty sea air and a whiskey accent. Bracing and unusual, it dries down into toasted sesame, hazelnut and mossy vetiver.
