JHL

Aramis · Eau de Cologne (EDC) · 1982

JHL takes its name from Joseph Harold Lauder, Estée Lauder's husband, for whom Bernard Chant originally custom-blended the cologne before its 1982 commercial release. Its bright citrus-aldehyde opening over a warm amber-vanilla base has drawn comparisons to Chant's Cinnabar.
