Written as the Greek letters ΓΦΛ, Nabucco's only modern release opens on rose, tangerine and red berries before turning smoky and odd with olibanum, anise and violet. The base of oakmoss, fenugreek, leather and ambergris gives it a savoury, animalic depth that pulls the floral opening firmly into amber territory.
